In collaboration with other healthcare professionals, support workers, and participants, we work to develop a holistic, efficient care plan that respects the participant’s wishes.

The Community Nursing Care service at Brightstar Disability Services aims to enhance the health outcomes of individuals with disabilities while maximising their comfort and dignity in their own homes. This service promotes independence, encourages self-management, and ensures continuity of care, ultimately supporting our participants’ overall well-being and quality of life, all under the framework of the NDIS.
